Willem Beijmans is geboren in Gelderland in 1783
Birth & Baptism
Willem Bijmans was born in 1783 and baptized on 20 apr 1783 in Heumen, Gelderland, Nederland. [1] He was the son of Jacobus Martens Bijmans and Maria Gerrits Camps.His Godparents/witnesses at his baptism were Henricus Beijmans and Petronella Hendrix. At the age of two his mother died and at the age of 5 his father.
Marriage
On 1 may 1813 in Heumen he married Johanna Lucassen at the age of 30.[2]

They had the following children, all born in Wijchen:
- Martinus (24 apr 1814 - 9 nov 1818)
- Jacobus (5 nov 1817- 29 sep 1885)
- Jacomina (8 jan 1820- 24 feb 1905)
- Hermanus (28 mar 1823- 11 aug 1870)
- Jan (22 aug 1831- 21 nov 1856)
Death
He passed away in 1847 age 54 in Wijchen. [3] In his "Memorie van Successie" is written what he left to his wife and children. [4]

Bijmans-9 and Beijmans-1 appear to represent the same person because: same brith and death dates. same spouse etc. Last name at birth must be Beijmans acording to baptism registration
