Biography

I'm not certain about his birth place. Connecticut became a state January 9, 1788, and Eleazar was born in 1776, and his birth record says Connecticut. Maybe another try tomorrow.

He married Parmelia Allen in May 1803 at Litchfield, Litchfield, Connecticut, USA - parents of Chester and Allen Keyes.
