Does anyone know of what hasppened to Kathleen Leach?

Hi, my sister Kathleen Leach, mother Kathleen Mary Leach ,was born at Eastry, Kent on 28th August 1929. Did she die young, or was she adopted, if so how do I find some records of this, thanks a lot .

Did Kathleen Leach have a middle name or initial.Only Burial i see is for Kate

Leech died Oct 4 1941,Buried Chislehurst Cemetary,London England.
