Looking for any information on Zedoc Ricketts 1865 or Clara Norris Ricketts

Looking for parents of Zedoc Ricketts DOB 9/1865, and Clara Norris Ricketts DOB 3/17/1873. Montgomery Maryland, Rockville , area called Scottland.

This link from 1880 shows a Zadoc born ca.1867 in Montgomery County, Maryland to likely parents William and Susanna.  There is not a Clara on this record.

This one looks like the same folks 30 years later in 1910

Is Clara his wife?  There are two different men, with varying birth years with a spouse Clara in this timeframe in Montgomery area.   One is listed on census data as Black, the other is listed as White.
