How do I find the project member responsible for a PPP?

In doing a merge, I found that the profile for Madeleine Haneton, a Filles du Roi, lacked a birth date. I was able to come up with a probable about year (from census) which I've
added.
As any significant PPP changes are to be discussed I would like to follow the rules but I don't know who to contact. Is there some place these project members are listed?
