Albert Cottrell and Family( from the Portsmouth, NH area, I think)

I have a picture of Albert and the "extended" family, is there anyone who may be able to identify these people, so that I may be able to put a face with a name.  I have several people who say they are one of the children in the picture, but can not identify the mother holding them.
