Looking for information on Mary Holliday, born 1876-died 1911

I'm looking for information on my great-grandmother Mary Holliday, born September 15, 1876 in Lawrence, Kansas and died October 8, 1911 in Salt Fork, Oklahoma. I know she was married to my great-grandfather, Joseph McVay (1875-1961).

Specifically, I am looking for information on her branch of the family. A note from my great-grandfather says that her father's name is John E. Holliday and her grandfather's name is William Holliday, but I have been unable to find that link as yet.

I know that sometimes the name is spelled "Holladay," but haven't yet been able to find that either. I'd appreciate any help you can offer in helping me progress in researching this branch of my family.
