Thomas Carver (b. 1710 Stafford, Va; d. 1771 Albermarle, Va).  None of your wikitree postings mention any other Stafford, Virginia Carvers.  Archibald Carver (b. 1720 Stafford, Va) m. Hannah Bussey, and had 6 kids, between approx 1742 and 1760-63, all apparently born in Louisa, Va or Albermarle, Va.  Can you point to me sources on the Carvers from this part of  Virginia?  I'm trying to identify Archibald's siblings or parents.

Archi had an older brother named Thomas, born in 1710 at St Pauls Parish Register, Stafford, Virginia and died in 1767 at the same location. He married a Mary Cleft/Clift in 1727 at Stafford, King George, Virginia.

NOTE: The Carver family can be traced back to a Richard Carver, born abt 1577, who arrived at Boston, Mass in 1637. His wife was named Grace and they had two daughters, Elizabeth and Susanna, twins. Three servants, Isaac Hart, Thomas Flegg and Marabel Underwood, accompanied them.  The marriage to Grace was his third marriage, the first and second being to Margaret Skurrie, d. Nov 1618 and Elizabeth ?, d. abt Nov 1622.
