Awarding 1 badge every 24 hours is really 48 hours

Question

Not sure if this is a new situation or if I've just never tried to award a badge two days in a row, but awarding a Family Star Badge is only a letting me do so every other day.

A couple days ago, I found the "How long is 24 hours" thread, and did all the clearing cache/cookes etc. and rebooted computer but was still not allowed to award one till the next day (yesterday morning). It is now 1 and half days later and again not able to award a Family Star. But in checking the listing of awarded badges, I see that Sally awarded one after I did yesterday, and has successfully awarded another today, so now wondering what sort of glitch is hovering in my account.

Any ideas or help appreciated - thanks

Hi Patt,

You didn't say Sally Who, but if it's Sally Who-Is-A-Leader then that makes all the difference.  Leaders have no limitations on awarding badges like the rest of us peons.

Ahhh, checked Sally's profile and she is a Leader,so guess i just need to settle for every other day :(

I encounter this too - if the situation is really 48 hours rather than 24, can someone edit the notification to that effect.  Better yet - have a calculation that indicates how much time left til you can award another badge.
