Looking for ancestors of Robert Coyne

I am looking for information on the ancestors of Robert Coyne.

Robert Joseph Coyne Born 1824 in Waterford Ireland Baptised on the 23rd Oct 1825 at St Patricks Co Waterford. his father was William Coyne property owner. His death cert has his mother as unknown but I think it was Mary Ann Knox. I know Robert Joseph's decendants its his ancestors that I have meet a brick wall. I know that William Coyne owned a large property in Ireland which he left to a religious order, probably catholic, and was used for a school or seminar. His father may have been Patrick Coin?

There was a Robert Coyne stay in Ireland his whole life or did he come to the United States. I see where one Robert Coyne lived in Rock Island, IL during the 1860, 1880, and the 1900 US Census. If you have seen his death certificate, what was his date of death. In the 1880 Census, Robert Coyne's wife is Ann. Could that be Mary Ann Knox?
