Trying to Link Pierces to Ireland

Question

I was told he was flood blood Irish, but have found that may not be the case. I have my ggrandfather tracked all the way back to Anthony Pierce and his wife from Holland. Any help you can give would be great. He also had another line that went back to Othneil & Kate Murray...

If you check out the surname data base, you may want to consider that before Anthony Pierce's line was in Holland, it may well have been in another country.
