This really helped me! I believe the name is Thomas Harney, not Harvey (penmanship is difficult to read) and his wife is Margaret O'Brien, born 1843. Mathew and Sarah are her parents. The Harney's had 10 children, all of whom are living with their parents and grandparents in 1880.  Children are James, John, Morris, Thomas, Mary Elizabeth (who later married John McDonnell, Sarah, Margaret, Catherine, Mathew and Michael Harney.
