I understand most of it, but there are a few things I can't figure out for sure.

THANX a million!

Quick and dirty through Google Translate

Jacob Lowenstein Drover, 21/11/1874 - 6 / 10.1915 (fallen in WW1) in Cernay en Dormois in France, oo 27.04.1903 Framersheim in Alzey Ida Scheuer, 10.09.1878 Framersheim this out after the death of her husband and her children Meudt warped (back to Framersheim)
Yeah, Tom, I know about google translate ... although quick is good, dirty isn't!

THANX anyhow!
Here is what I got. See if this might work for you.

James Loewenstein livestock dealer, 21.11.1874 - 6/10.1915 en at Cernay Dormois in France (killed in the first world war), oo 27.4.1903 Framersheim near Alzey IDA Scheuer, 9.10.1878 Framersheim, this after the death of her husband and her children from Meudt warped (back to Framersheim)
THANX, Chris.  We're gaining on it now.  The "livestock dealer" is one thing I needed to hear, but I'm still not sure exactly who went from Meudt back to Framersheim and when.  It looks like Ida and the children went, but it might be that Ida stayed in Meudt until after her children died.  I also need to know what kind of a place Alzey is, since it's only mentioned once in connection with Framersheim - I don't know if it's the next level up in the places hierarchy (like a county in the United States).

I think my timing was bad, posting this question in the evening, when it's the middle of the night where Helmut Jungschaffer and Jan Terink live - they usually answer my translation questions by doing it themselves.  I'm hoping to hear the definitive word from one of them in the morning.

THANX!!!
