How do I find orpanage records for my grandfather and his sister

Question

My grandfather was William Haines , born 8/5/1896 .We know that his parents died and he and his sister (maybe  her name was Rose after their mom)were sent to an orphanage. The orphanage was in either Quincy Illinois , or Abilene Texas
