William Scruggs, b 1792, d 1877, md Eliza Ann.  Eliza should be a granddaughter of Col Henry Bell ( Rev War vet).  William brought suit aginst Rebecca Branch ( a daughter of Col Henry Bell).  The suit named his children, his wife.  And, some of the family of Bell.
