Parents of: Francis A. Knight

Question

Francis A. Knight  wife was Elizabeth Thornton  their daughter Margaret Knight was born January 3, 1842  - the family had moved from in late 1858 or early 1859 from Kentucky  to  Orangevill Paoli, Indiana. Any further info  on  Francis or Elizabeth would be awesome.  Margaret Knight married Eli Moffitt  moved in later years to Polk County Missouri - Eli Moffitt was in the Civil War & was blinded..

I recently found a Francis Asberry Knight born in 1813 in Jessamine County, Kentucky in the 1830's Census.  He was the son of Robert and Jane Knight.

 I am searching for the parents of Cal Knight born in 1879 in Kentucky.  He seems to come out of nowhere in 1896 to marry Elizabeth Clark in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.  Any chance you have run into Cal in your search.
