Hello Roxana,
See:
http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/DNA_Features#Recording_Tests
For auDNA results, register at
http://v2.gedmatch.com/login1.php and follow GEDmatch's instructions to upload your auDNA results there (depending on if you tested with AncestryDNA, 23andMe, or Family Finder). Then enter your GEDmatch ID on your DNA Tests page in WikiTree.
If you tested your auDNA with more than one lab then only upload one lab's results to GEDmatch. If you have results in GEDmatch from different labs then it only causes confusion for your matching cousins.
For mtDNA results, go the the bottom of your mtDNA Matches page (for mtDNA results from Family Tree DNA) and click on the button to upload your mtDNA results to MitoSearch.org Then enter your MitoSearch ID on your DNA Tests page in WikiTree.
For males with Y-DNA results, go the the bottom of his Y-DNA Matches page (for Y-DNA results from Family Tree DNA) and click on the button to upload his Y-DNA results to YSearch.org Then enter his YSearch ID on his DNA Tests page in WikiTree.
The DNA information is automatically associated with the ancestry about midnight Eastern Time.
Sincerely, Peter
