Welcome.  Glad you joined.  

It may take you a little while to learn your way around, but take some time and "surf the site" you have many people here to help you look for anything.  Just ask a question in G2G - Lots of helpful, friendly people "just waiting to help you."

There is an Extensive "Help" section in the upper RH pull down menu, and some new tool features in the "Tree and Tools" section.

also, several good instructional videos you might find helpful.
