Looking for David P. Pitts , that married Sarah E. Mccann in Mcnairy,Tn. in 1876, born about 1854

sarah elizabeth pitts did not die at this time. she and daughter mary e pitts tanner.  show up in alexander co ill in 1900 census. i also have her in 1910 census in dunklin co mo with daughter mary elizabeth pitts tanner. martin was from 1st marriage. sarah mccann and d p pitts were married mcnairy co 1878. mary was born 1879.  1880 shows martin being 4.  do not know who the mother of thomas, jimmy, and dora is due to 1900 census showing him just married to mary.
Sarah Elizabeth McCann was my Great Great Grandmother, We were Told David Took the Children and left, She took Great Grandmother Mary Elizabeth to Ill., and Married Leander Tanner, My Grandmother Violet Lena Tanner was born in Elco,Alexander,Ill. I am trying to find out who the children belonged to as David Pleasant was married three times

Records indicate he was b. abt Apr 1853 in AL.  Sarah must have died? as in 1900 he is newly married to Mary, living with some of children by Sarah.
