Thomas Green b 1849 Osbournby married Elizabeth b 1849 Swarby.  Was her surname Bingley or not.  There were 2 Thomas Greens born around the same time and area and both married Elizabeths!  I have a feeling Bingley is not correct.  Would appreciate any assistance. Many thanks

I think you may be correct.

There is a christening for Elizabeth Bingley for 29 April 1849, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire the daughter of John Bingley & Mary. ( https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NB5V-7QS). This coincides with the Birth registration of April-June 1849 Gainsborough. (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2N4L-LSN).

However, the memorial inscription for Elizabeth records her birth as January 1849, three months earlier..

It's Bingley in the marriage record. Elizabeth's father is William Bingley. https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NX77-HB3
