I notice that the wrong date is given for Justin Trudeau...he was sworn in 4 November not 19 October.

He was elected and became Prime Minister Designate late on the 19th of October. He began performing official duties of the Prime Minister on the morning of the 20th of October.

Yes he was sworn in on the 4th of November.

Oops, didn't see your answer before I answered. (The answer box showing up now even on an answered question is throwing me off...) On Wikipedia, the List of Prime Ministers of Canada uses 4 November. But you're right, he definitely seemed like the Prime Minister before that! It's kind of a weird grey area. But 4 November is when he "assumed office".

Thanks, that was my mistake. I was under the impression that the term was considered to start on the election day, but you're right, it's actually the day he was actually sworn in. Fixed!

Just so you don't wake up tonight in a cold sweat ... I fixed up Stephen Harper's profile to be the right termination date.  And thanks to all you folks that spotted this and/or made corrections!!
