Noah Ely B. May 30, 1821 Washington Co, PA ,D. Aug 23, 1888 Paulding Co, ohio. He was the county surveyor in 1851 and served 14 years. He was one of the eariest settlers of paulding county. He and Julia Lybarger had 7 children.
