Michael Dewey Mueller, b. June 20, 1946; Anybody know the birth parents?

Question

My grandfather, Michael Dewey Mueller, was born on June 20, 1946 somewhere in Ohio. He was adopted by Robert and Orpha Mueller when he was 3 weeks old. They changed his birth certificate, so we have no way of knowing who his birth parents are. Anybody have any information?
