How do I change the name of one of my Free-Space profiles?

I would like to change the name of my Free-Space profile Swedish References to Swedish/ Finnish References.  How may I do this?

You can either add a Page Name which changes the title displayed on the page or merge the free-space, if you wish to change the whole address.
