I can understand the problem of not knowing what to do because the borders of the box are so light that I literally don't see where I'm supposed to be typing it.  I move the mouse around to see where the cursor changes in order to know where to click.

It is possible that your Browser needs to be upgraded, if the color differences are funny lol. My computer is such a dinosaur that it might not let me upgrade them further lol. Some newer sites online that have a connected html e-mail system will not allow me to send messages.
