Charles was born in Ontario to William & Elizabeth May (Watkins) Martin Russell District, Gloucester Township, South Ottawa, Ontario , Canada
I can't seem to be able to find anything on him

His is the 1901 Census as a 4 year old
Nor can I find anything on his two other brothers that appear in the same Census

He definitely died before 1954. His wife's death is 19 Oct 1954 in Toronto. She was listed as a widow at the time of her death.

Birth:

I can find no birth record for any combination of Charles W., Charles Wesley, or Charles Martin, son of Wm. H. Martin and May E. Watkins.

Death:

Some online trees show his death in 1948, but none shows a place or gives any documentation.

Parents:

The record shows that Wm. Henry Martin 22 b. Quebec, son of Wm. Martin and Bridget Jennings, married May E. Watkins, 21 b. Ottawa, daughter of John Watkins and Hannah Barnes, on 11 Jan 1899 at Ottawa.("Ontario Marriages, 1869-1927," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KZB7-H3D : accessed 1 February 2016), Wm Henry Martin and May E Watkins, 11 Jan 1899; citing registration , Ottawa, Carleton, Ontario, Canada, Archives of Ontario, Toronto; FHL microfilm 1,870,922.)  Given that Charles Wesley Martin was born in 1897, it is probably that either he is a child of William and another woman, he is a child of May and adopted by William; he was adopted by both of them; or he was their child out of wedlock.

World War 1:

Charles signed an Attestation Paper on 26 Aug 1915 when he signed up to serve in the 77th Overseas Battalion during WW1.  He said he was born on 1 Feb 1897, and his next of kin was his mother, Mary Martin of Billings Bridge.(Canada. "Soldiers of the First World War (1914-1918)." Record Group 150, Accession 1992-93/166, Box 4930 - 35. Library and Archives Canada, Ottawa. Accessed 01 Feb 2016 at Ancestry)

Marriage:

Charles Wesley Martin, 23, son of Wm. H. Martin and May Elizabeth Watkins, was married 29 Jun 1920 at Ottawa, Carleton, Ontario, Canada, to Rubina Murdock, 24, daughter of Harry Murdock and Jane Eliza O'Hara.("Ontario Marriages, 1869-1927," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QK9S-VJT5 : accessed 1 February 2016), Harry Murdock in entry for Charles Wesley Martin and Rubina Murdock, 29 Jun 1920; citing registration , Ottawa, Carleton, Ontario, Canada, Archives of Ontario, Toronto; FHL microfilm 2,257,539.)

Wife:

"Robina" Murdock Martin died in 1954 and is buried at the Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, Ottawa Division, Ontario.("BillionGraves Index," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QV1B-Z67R : accessed 1 February 2016), Robina Murdock Martin, died 1954; citing BillionGraves (http://www.billiongraves.com : 2012), Burial at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, Ottawa Division, Ontario, Canada.)

Census: 1921 - Living in Gloucester with parents and 8 younger brothers and sisters.  It is interesting that he married in June 1920 but was living with his parents and no wife in 1921.(Sixth Census of Canada, 1921. Why don't you start a profile for Charles and add it to your question?  That way people will know what you already know.
