Where is Montess Christensen, 1906-1997, buried?

I would like to add Montess to Jerry R. Andersen's Find-a-Grave memorial http://findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=176413 but, am unable to find where her grave is located.  I've been to her house in Price many times and it is located near to the Price City Cemetery.  She was usually called Monte and she died in Salt Lake City but, neither the Price City nor Mt.Olivet Cemeteries know where the grave is located as of February 2016.  This is her profile on Ancestry: http://person.ancestry.com/tree/84361632/person/34499517389/facts

Her obituary in the Salt Lake Tribune (UT) - Wednesday, April 9, 1997, gives no place of burial.  There was a wake prior to her death, and she attended, but there were no services after her death.
