Note Richardson calls her Alice Arundel, not FitzAlan.

Sorry, posted wrong link, now fixed, at the umpteenth attempt
Can these requests for pre-1500 merges please be posted to Requests for Genealogy Help? They're not really policy/style topics. Thanks.
The gizmo supplies that setting as the preset default, so I don't expect many people will change it.

The gizmo appears when you try to complete a merge that needs a badge you haven't got.  Pre-1500 badgeholders won't see it, so they're all mystified where all these messages are coming from.
So the gizmo automatically posts the message to Policy/Style? Can the gizmo be changed?

So i thought I'd chime in, and I looked at your link, and read the whole snippet on Alice, and as the previous pages are not available at that source, the only thing I can point out is the compilers note "The best possibility which I can propound is that Bartholomew Collingridge married and otherwise unrecorded daughter of Sir John Arundell, by his first marriage-...". John being neither the listed father here, and the listed father of both, hae different parents, I would suggest more research and-or sources to back up your request, AND verify both Alice FitzAlan/Collinridge. But that is my opinion, and I like to see 'in context' sourcing.

For the moment I've set them as unmerged matches, pending a possible change of Last Name at Birth (LNAB) to Arundel, and more research into her name, parents etc.  At the moment neither profile has sources that are considered reliable.
The quoted text is from the source cited.  Richardson often cites sources that he rejects, and quotes what they say.

FitzAlan-615 is the badged-up version.  But not the right final ID.
