I can't find my grandmothers sisters after 1901 qnd 1911 census

My GM Julia Hogan was from lysters lane Portlaoise, Laois, as were her sisters, Mary 1881, Anne 1886, Brigid 1892 and Elizibeth 1896. Also had a bother, Martin who died in 1892 aged 18 mths. Father was William 1845 and mother Bridget Dempsey 1859. I can't find any trace of the sisters, or mother after 1911, if they married or moved to another county or to O.S. They didn't come to Australia as that is where my GM Julia came in about 1920 to be with husband John Mccormick after marrying in Jan of 1917 at Middleton England. [Aust 1st WW vet]. My mother, Eileen, born Dublin 22-11-1917 came with her. We are coming to Ireland middle of the year from Aust  and would like to meet any family if possible. Any help much appreciated. Thanks, kind regards Ed.

Hi Ed, I added a link to your Grandmothers profile and two of the surnames of interest.  In addition, I added two WikiTree Projects of possible interest. If you add such information in the future you will extend your reach to other WikiTreers who may be interested in helping you.

Good Luck!

Thanks Michael, I couldn't find the link you sent as I still have no idea on getting around the site too much and not sure on how to add the info you suggested, but will keep on. Appreciate the help though, regards Ed.
One way to search WikiTree is to use Google and add WikiTree to your searches.  I usually find what I am looking for in the top results.
When you fill out the question form, there are entry boxes for Surnames and Tags.  Google Tags WikiTree.

Then in the WikiTree ID box, enter the WikiTree ID for the profile in question.  You can find it in the URL of the profile.  Mine is Stills-18 for example or in the orange line just below the vitals in the profile.

Michael,

Would there be any immigration ports for them to go thru to another country?  Or possibly boarded a ship going somewhere?  Do you possibly have any additional relatives in that part of the world that they would have gone to?

Sorry, I haven't quite been doing this for a year myself.  Have you pulled the census for the years they are missing on the people you are sure they are not with.  As they just might be where you least expect them.

Hi Taylor,

I think you were addressing Ed as he is the one who asked the question.

How about Family Search? You might be able to find your grandmother and her sisters there.
