Looking for a missing name link

Question

My grans mom or gran was adopted my maiden aunts of her father after her mother died in child birth (in wagon west-east?) I am unable to get any info from my mother  I have some info re: subsequent family members, places, dates, etc.  Does this sound vaguely familiar to anyone   My gran DOB 1913 Topeka, had 1 sis and a number of bros.
There is Sioux, French, and ?

Need what info you have to start with like your grandmother's name and maiden aunt's name. Dates of birth and places also. what info do you already have?
