How can Thomas Warde (1550-1556) be the father of Geoffrey Ward (1526-1548)?

I found this information on Family Tree & Genealogy Tools for both Ralph Ward and Andrew Ward.

I don't see them on the profile page.

Geoffrey is shown as Thomas' father, not Thomas as Geoffrey's.

The dates on the Andrew Wardes are a problem as well.  There seems to be a generation too many.

On Family Tree & Genealogy Tools for Ralph Ward, Thomas Warde (1550-1556) has a wife named Margaret Hare (1549-23 Dec 1589).  I can understand that Thomas may well be the son of Geoffrey Ward and Elizabeth Wood Ward, but how is Margaret Hare the wife of a 6 year old?  I think that this research is flawed.

I realize that I have just encountered this web site and I do not know how to use it to the fullest yet.

Many birthdates aren't on record.  People fill in the boxes with bad guesses, which then get passed around as "facts".  But if you try to leave blanks, they only get filled in again.
