No, it doesn't work that way. There is only one tree. If someone shares DNA with the profile, you see something like this (this is my father's profile):

The profiles of your relatives who are most likely to share some autosomal DNA with you now automatically show on their profile that you had an autosomal DNA test with AncestryDNA.
