any information on the 'brownjohn's of London UK 19th/20th centuries

My great grandmothers maiden name was Sarah Rachel Elizabeth Brownjohn, prior to marrying William Russell in the late 1800's. She had a niece Mabel Brownjohn born in Chelsea, London UK living with her in 1911. i am after all and any information concerning the Russell's or Brownjohns who lived in the Pimlico or Chelsea areas in the 1800s or early 1900s

Sarah was married at Christ Church, Mitcham, Surrey on Aug 26 1900 to William James Russell. Her father is shown as Alfred Joseph Brownjohn a Baker and his father was William Russell another Baker. Witnesses Alfred Brownjohn and Jospeh Russell.  Both Sarah and William were 24 years of age.

thankyou so much. William james russell was an electrical engineer and worked on lifts (elevators) in london. He was born in Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland in 1876, so now im wondering when the Russell's moved down from Scotland???.

Sarah's birth is recorded in 1876 (St. George Hanover Square 1a/396 q September 1876).

In 1881, Sarah, born Plimlico was staying with her Grandparents, 20 College Street, Chelsea.

in the 1911 census i have found that william and sarah had 4 sons living with them albert a w, john s, george (my grandfather) and edward. Also staying with them in the household was Mabel Brownjohn a niece of Sarah's

Don't think she was neice, the 1901 Census suggests mabel was Sarah's sister. Haven't found parents:

a sister!..ok thanks my friend. it seems my search for 'Russell's has faltered however. i seem to get far with maiden names etc for both sides of my family, both Riggs and Russell, yet the Russell side seems to falter after London, yet i know they come from Scotland originally.
