Rev. Alexander Spicer was Chaplain to Sir Arthur Chichester, Lord Deputy of Ireland, early 1600s.  I know he was buried at Corton Denham, Somerset 1641, where his father Rev Richard Spicer was Rector.  To date, I have not been able to find whether Alexander married and had a family and wondered if any Chichester Family historian has access to more information.

Having seen the answer kindly ptovided by Frank I think it unlikely that it's the same Alexander. The Alexander chaplain to Sir Srthur Chichester was born in 1574, meaning he would be 55 by 1629, and was in Ireland from 1628, not returning I believe to Somerset till about 1637.
