Hello,

I am searching for the parents of Charles Samuel Martin ( http://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Martin-24030&public=1 .

He was born on the 7th July of 1875 in Nashville Tennessee.

I was not able to find his birth certificate or a census entry of him and his family in 1880 or 1890.

The sources I have already found are linked in his Wikitree profile.

Can anyone of you help me finding more information about him or tell me where I possibly could find information on him?

Thank You!

Thanks for your help!
I do already know this record.
The reason Charles traveled so much was probably that he was a merchant of profession.
He was white but because of some information I gained about his son it is possible that he was a jew.

I need some more informations about this family. My children are ancestors from this family.

Without his parent's names, it would be nearly impossible to find birth or census records. In 1880, there were lots of families with a young son named Charles Samuel Martin born about 1775 in Tennessee. Link

I suspect that much of the information already gathered could at best be considered speculative association.
