1) What is the appropriate place name hierarchy for places in the Duchy of Cleves (Kleve/Kleef etc.) in the mid 18th-century when it still existed under the Holy Roman Empire? (Note: in regards to place of birth field, not categorization)
For the time being I have used: Rees, Kleve, Imperium Romanum Sacrum but I suspect this is inaccurate.
2) Are there any online sources for births/baptisms at Rees, Germany?
