James Robertson born 1735 Scotland.I did a search on Scotlands

People, 1733-1737, 147 names came up.This is not unusual.Back

in these days there were many people with same name, birth date,

even in same Parish.Even if you could ascertain his Parish there could be

several in the same Parish. It is a tough place to research.Even if i found

his immigration record, back then no info is given, other than his name.

Its always been a tough line. I'm wondering if New York Archives would have any records on him related to his New York grant for the property.  I think I'll write them.  David
