Is there a record of John King & Naomi Beebe's New London family?

I need information on the John King family of New London, CT consisting of 12 children, daughter Jerusha in particular b. 1798, who married Daniel Thorp in Jul 1819.

John King was born bet. 1760-1770 in  New York and died in Mystic, CT Feb. 11, 1838.  His wife Naomi was the daughter of Rev War Patriot Jeduthan Beebe. She was born 5 Jan 1767 in New London, CT.

The city clerk's vault contains extensive records dating back to early 1700's. These older records are open to the public and frequently accessed by genealogists, usually members of the Connecticut Genealogical Society. If you can't make it yourself, then you might want to hire a professional genealogist to assist you.

I've already gone this route and paid a professional researcher to do a search.  She only came up with information I already have --- and nothing addressing the parents of Jerusha King, which is my main focus.  Thanks for your reply.
