There are several User submitted Ancestral Files on familysearch.org.  Several indicate her parents were John Pierce and Ruth Bishop.  This first one has more extensive lineage but you may want to check several others to look for more details.

Others grouped at:

You might also want to look at these 2 texts that include the lineage of Anthony > John and Ruth Pierce > Rebecca.  They may be the sources for the pedigrees in the previous answer related to the User Submitted Ancestral Trees.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for our answer to my question.  I have also come across the same lineage, however, all of it says that John and Ruth were both deceased before Rebecca was born, so I am still at a confused spot.

I have been trying to find the answer to that same question. Rebecca Pierce McFadden seems to have been a member of the Pierce's in Woburn, Mass. There were at least 4 Rebecca Pierces born between 1692 and 1713. I eliminated the one from 1692 as she married a Nathaniel Winship. The one born in 1711 seems to be the most likely based on her age when Rebecca was married in 1728 to James McFadden. At 17 years old she was of marriagable age. The Rebecca born in 1713 would have been a little young at 15, but still possible. The Rebecca born in 1698 would have been 50 years old when James & Rebecca's youngest child was born in 1748. Still possible but not likely. The parents of the 1711 Rebecca are James Pierce and Elizabeth Kendall. It is written in Pierce Genealogy by Frederic Beech Pierce, (1882) that this Rebecca was not named in her father's will and may have died prior to her father which would be the case with Rebecca McFadden. Many sites have her dying in 1742 but having a child in 1748 so her death was sometime after 1748 but before 1773 when her father died.  The John Pierce Ruth Bishop connection does not make any sense to me since they both died several years befor this Rebecca was born.
