Question

Carter-12604 and Carter-1554.have the same wife but a merge has been rejected by the PMs in the past. This line looks to have lots of duplicates and lots of issues.

Before they are merged you need to figure out which parents attached to the two different profiles are her correct parents.

Sorry but only one profile has a spouse listed and the rejected merges relate to different profiles.

Having said that, at best an "unmerged match" until parents are resolved and children need careful consideration!

You discover two different husbands and they have a different set of parents.   Until that part of the lineage is straightened out, the merge should not happen....so, yes, looks like an unmerged match for now.
