M for marriage, fr is standard abbreviation for François in these records, Chartran is actually what it was originally written like, from my own Chartran ancestor in 1600s married to one of the Matou sisters.
M L probably stands for Marie Louise, and the bride's mother is named Marie Thérèse Jetté, so there's your T Jeté.
Which is why I prefer Drouin, for just over $100 a year, I have access to all their databases. Their Lafrance database has some errors, as is impossible to avoid, but relatively few comparatively.
