Do you know these sisters: Dimple and Marguerite Duncan

I need help with info on these two sisters (my aunts), Dimple and Marguerite Duncan. Dimple married John Phillips and Marguerite married Samuel Ashe.  I'm not sure which is  Dimple Phillips.  They were raised in an Eastern Star Children's Home after their mother died in 1928.  These photos belonged to my father, their brother.  Location: Washington, DC. Date: unknown.
