Question

Cynthia Hamilton Spencer (Hamilton-1000) is one of several profiles needing work that I have come across in Wikitree - lack of action is holding up the smooth connecting of profiles here.

This profiler Kayla X http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tell-14

has not been active since 2011 when these profiles were first loaded

Could all of her profiles be opened please?

If you go through the Tree & Tools tab on Cynthia Spencer's page, you'll see a link at the bottom for Unresponsive Profile Manager Request.

Follow the steps there and submit the form. The request will go to Paul, one of our Team Members who handles these types of requests.

Thanks for reminding me to go through proper channels; I see Geoffrey had already started this process a few days ago. Must be timely for this profiler. Following procedure, have sent my own private email - not for the first time!

The Unresponsive profile Manager Request is set up to deal with issues with individual profiles only, not a blanket request. In this case it now seems appropriate to deal with the overall issue of a large group of profiles saved inappropriately at high levels of privacy.

Usually, when Paul gets an Unresponsive Profile Manager request, he'll take a look at the situation as a whole and orphan Open profiles that the manager has in their watchlist. So, it's not necessary to submit multiple requests for the same Profile Manager -- ask me how I know. ;-)

Fortunately, thankfully, there is a second manager for this profile who responded promptly and opened it.
