When was William Cornwall of Middletown, Middlesex, CT born? 1671 or 1700?

Someone requested a merge, and I didn't realize there were problems with the dates. At first I thought it was a simple spelling error in the surname. It looks like the birth dates are off now. The old William Cornwell-1068 had a birth date of 13 Sep 1671, but the merged William Cornwall-642 has a birth date of 1700. Now the merged William Cornwall-642 has a wrong marriage date and birth date of his first child -- both are before 1700. I'm not sure how to fix this problem. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I fixed it.  There were several comingled William Cornwalls in the same period.  Some of the references are likely not right, but at least the 5 generations that were getting comingled are now right, at least according to William Cornwall and His Descendants https://archive.org/stream/williamcornwallh00corn
