Trying to find birth and death of Charles Abbit m 12/26/1899 Hardin Tx

My husband's father is Wade James Abbott (2/19/1901-9/22/1996).  (1) wife Emma Mae Wheat (B. APPROX. 1904) WHERE IS SHE BURIED AND WHAT IS HER LAST NAME AND WHEN/ WHERE THEY MARRIED AND DIVORCED.  ALSO EMMA MAE WHEAT'S BIRTH AND PARENTS AS I HAVE WHEATS IN MY BUCK/CALLAWAY LINE-MATTIE WHEAT, MOTHER OF MY GRANDMOTHER EULA CALLAWAY BUCK)  Wade and Emma had Marion James Abbott (12/28/1923-3/17/2002-spouse Viola Willis Abbott 1929-2003-both buried Houston National Cemetery. They also had Melvin W. Abbott (7/19/1926-6/7/1965-buried Brookside Cemetery, Houston, Tx).TRYING TO FIND IF MARION AND MELVIN HAD CHILDREN.   Wade divorced Emma (WHEN) AND married (2) Frances Pearl Alexander on April 30, 1945 in Houston  Tx (Frances-7/11/1926-8/16/1999). They had Shirley Ann (b. 12/8/1945), Kenneth W. (born 4/17/1950) and Patricia Alice (B. 12/04/52).  Trying to find where (1) WHERE WADE WAS BORN) (2) Wade's father, CHARLES T. ABBIT OR ABBOTT, BIRTH & DEATH AND CHARLES WIFE, ELLA FARRIS BIRTH & DEATH. AND HOW MANY CHILDREN  THEY HAD .  CHARLES MARRIED ELLA FARRIS DEC26, 1899 HARDIN, TX.  Ella died and Wade was adopted by James F. and Lena Maxey in Houston.  Charles later remarried.  WHO IS 2ND WIFE & CHILDREN THANKS. Thanks, it helped some, but I am still trying to find the marriage date of Emma Mae Wheat to Wade James Abbott (Feb. 19,1901-Sept.22 1966) and their divorce date. Im still also trying to decide Emma Mae Wheat's birth and death dates.  Thanks for your help, I did find that Wade had a sister, Stella from this site.  Thanks again, Martha

I'm found the marriage date of Emma May Wheat to W. J. Maxey (Wade James Abbott) on November 5, 1922 in Wood, Texas.  Emma Wheat was born 1904 in Oklahoma.  Still need Emma's birth/death date, and Emma & Wade's divorce date.  In 1940, they were living at 415 Marie St  in Houston, Tx. with their sons, Marion James (born Dec. 28, 1923-March 17, 2002) & Melvin Wade (July 19 1926-June 7, 1965).  In 1930 the family was living with Wade's adopted parents (James F & Lena Annie Maxey).  Wade's birth parents are Charles T. Abbet and Ella Farris who married Dec. 26, 1899 in Hardin, Tx..  Still need Charles and Ella Abbott's birth/death dates.  Charles and Ella also had (2) Stella Edna Abbott, Dec. 1, 1901-Jan. 7, 1970 who married Joseph Beono and (3) Florence Elizabeth Abbott born 1904 who married Antonio Rossetti.  Ella died and the children were adopted.   Wade had the adopted name of Maxey which he later changed back to Abbott.  Before and in 1930 I have found Wade's family listed as Maxey.  In 1940 Wade's family is listed as Abbott. I've also found Abbott as Abbit, Abbett.  Thanks. marthaabbott@comcast.net

STILL NEED BIRTH/DEATH DATE OF ELLA FARRIS AND NAMES OF CHARLIE ABBOTT AND ELLA FARRIS PARENTS ----ABBIT, FARRIS, FARRES    Emma Mae Wheat was born March 19, 1904 to Issac Drew Wheat and his 2nd wife, Lona Lindsey Patterson in Wood County, Tx.  Her parents were married in Wood County on April 1, 1900.  Emma married W J. Maxey(Abbott) on Nov. 5, 1922 in Wood. Wade James Abbott was born to  Charlie T. and Ella (Ferris) Abbott  on Feb. 19, 1901. Charlie Abbit married Ella Ferris Dec. 26, 1899 in Hardin, Tx.  They had 3 children that I know of (1) Wade James Abbott (Feb. 19, 1901-Sept. 22, 1966); (2) Stella Edna Abbott (married Joseph Beono) (Dec. 1, 1901-June 7, 1970 buried Oakland Cemetery, Dallas),  (3)  Florence Elizabeth Abbott (married Antonio Rossetti) born around 1904.  When the children were small, Ella died and the children were adopted. Wade Abbott was adopted by James Franklin and Lena Annie Maxey.   Charlie remarried in 1909, so Ella died between 1904-1909.   Wade and Emma had 2 sons: Marion James Abbott (Dec. 28, 1923-March 17, 2002-buried Veterans Cemetery, Houston, Tx.) and (2) Melvin Wade Abbott (July 19, 1926-June 7, 1965 buried Brookside Memoria Park Cemetery in Houston, Tx.)  Both sons in AF and both sons had children. Both sons are on Find A Grave.   Marion is buried next to his second wife. Wade and Emma are in the 1940 census living with their sons in Houston, Tx.  Between 1940 and 1945 they divorced.  Emma Wheat Abbott later married Walter L. Thomason.  Emma died July 25, 1972 and she and Walter are buried in Brookside Memorial Cemetery in Houston, Tx.   They are also on Find A Grave.   Wade Abbott remarried April 30, 1945 to Frances Alexander (July 11, 1926--Aug. 16, 1999).  Wade and Frances are on Find A Grave and are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Houston, Tx..  Wade James Abbott died Sept. 22, 1966.  Wade & Frances had (1) Shirley Ann Abbott (b.Dec. 4, 1945), (2) Kenneth Wayne Abbott (b.Apr. 17, 1950), (3) Patrica Alice Abbott (b.Dec. 11, 1952). These children also had children.  Charlie T. Abbott was born Dec. 20, 1882.  SS 463-44-2842.  He is buried next to his second wife Kathy (Crist) Abbott in Patterson Cemetery, Henderson County, Tx.  Charlie Abbott died Nov. 15, 1970.  He is then listed as T.C. instead of C. T Abbott. Charlie Abbott married Clarrissa Catherine Crist Dec. 12, 1909 in Henderson County. Charlie & Clarrissa had (1) Bessie Nemo Abbott (Oct. 10, 1910-Oct. 30, 1996 ),(2) Dock Evans Abbott ((Mar, 29, 1912 - May 4, 1976), (3) J. T. Abbott (June 4, 1914 - March 1978), (4) Rena Ann Abbott (Sept. 15, 1921 - Aug. 3, 2006), (5) Cody Tracy Abbott (June 16, 1924 - Dec. 1, 2003) and (6) Clarence Joe Abbott (May 27, 1926-Oct. 3, 2007).   Have now found a Della Mae Abbott (1902-1970) married Edward Earl Blume, Sr.   Haven't found Della's birth records, so don't know if she is Charlie's daughter; however, my husband remembers visiting Aunt Mae and Uncle Earl Blume.  Just didn't know her first name and that she was an Abbott until today.  Contact Martha marthaabbott@comcast.net

Ella and Charles had another child Della Mae Abbott (1902 - 1983) married Earl Blume, Sr.  They lived in Lidell or Lytle, Tx.  Still no info on Ella Ferris/Farris also have seen her listed asEllen/Ellan.
