My gedcom Johanna Cloete is a match for Cloete 52 by Andrew Dippenaar and Cloete 84 by Willem Coetsee. How do I merge these three?

If you are doing a gedcheck before uploading and you are sure they are a match then skip the upload, it is then one less merge to worry about. Next go to one of the other matches, say Cloete-84 and on that page at the bottom left  propose a merge and put the other profile number in the second box. Explain why they are the same in the next screen and that is all you need to do. The other managers should see the merge request, look at the evidence and complete or reject the merge.

Enter the following

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:MergePerson

in the address bar, click enter, and fill in the blanks for ID 1 and ID 2, the lower number, Cloete-52 in the bottom one. Cloete-84 in the top, and continue, click on merge, down at the bottom of the page.  When youve done all you can, the profile managers will be allerted to the potential merge and shoud contiue with it.  Do the same with Johanna, into  Cloete-52. It amy take some time sometimes weeks.

If only I could type faster.....Rhian even said it better.
