Is the private messaging system working? [closed]

I sent a private message last night and another again this morning.  When I clicked send, the system reported the message as being sent.  I did not, however, receive the customary copy of the message telling me it had actually been sent. Is the system working properly at this time?
closed with the note: problem solved on my end thanks for the help

I just sent you a test message and received the automatic email copy instantly:

This is a copy of a Private Message you sent via WikiTree. If you did not send this message, please alert info@wikitree (dot com)

The following was sent via the private messaging system on WikiTree.com.

This is a test.
Could it have ended up in your spam folder?
Thanks Keith,  I did not receive the test message from you, nor did I get either of the automatic replies from the ones I sent.  Is the problem with my email provider or with the WikiTree system?

If I can't get through to the member, then I might need to file an MIR but I want to know first if he has received my notes.  What is my next step?

Thanks for any suggestions
Eva, I have checked the spam folder and it is empty. I usually get these automatic confirmations but not last night or today.
Are you still receiving other mails from Wikitree?
Keith, I just sent you a test message and got no automatic response

Karen, I received your message:

This is a test of the automatic system.

This message is from Karen Raichle

So, apparently the problem is on my end.  Not sure where to go next.
Thanks everyone for the help.  The problem was my internet provider.  Everything is working now.
double-check your profile to see which email address you are using (and that its spelt properly)

are you still able to send and receive other emails from that address
Incoming messages sometimes get blocked (or delayed for a number of hours) by my internet provider. It's not an instance of dumping them into a spam folder that I could check -- they are just flat-out blocked, for no apparent reason.

This is one reason why WikiTree asks us to try multiple ways to contact a seemingly unresponsive profile manager before they will give up on that person...
