Two profiles which should be merged

Question

I do not manage either of these profiles.  They were not merged because they have different surnames, but they are obviously the same person.  I initially proposed the merge in October 2017 from the suggestions list.  I think someone from Admin. should take over.

Done - Founder of Phoenix was not his Surname.  Added Wikipedia article to the profile about his role in the founding of Phoenix, Arizona, 1868.
