Birdie Fulk-33 married James Mckinney-323 and they had four children.  After his death she married Grover Cleveland Maltby and had four more children.
How can I enter her name on James Mckinney's profile using his name,
not as Maltby?

I think the only thing you can do is either leave her LNAB or put McKinney as other surnames.  Technically, her present name would the last name she used which is Maltby.  It would look like:

Birdie Maltby, formerly Fulk, AKA McKinney
by Lucy Selvaggio-Diaz G2G6 Pilot (828k points)
I think you have it entered correctly and technically it shows up the way it should. Her original name was Fulk. She got married so her name changed to McKinney. Then she remarried and it changed to Maltby. So the LNAB was Fulk. The Other Last Name was McKinney. Current Last Name would be Maltby. Her name will show up consistently across any profile she is related to, so there's no way to make it show up as McKinney on her first husband's relationship, and Maltby on her second husband's.
