Have registered--how to sign honor code

Question

I can't seem to find out how to sign the honor code,  find any responses to e-mail I sent out regarding Jacob Holloway and Williamson Phillips.  All I can seem to do is to look at the Jacob Meek Holloway family tree, try to contact the owner, and find out any information.  Additionally, I tried to go to the DNA section--informed  the system of my code at FamilyTreeDNA, filled in my code for ysearch and got a response back that I had never taken a test.  Pretty confusing to try to find much on this webpage and to even know what kind of member I am.  Never had those problems on any other site.
